The new AE86, Toyota's version is said to be out sometime in 2011 and Subaru's version hasn't received a release date. But for those who don't know it's a partnership with Toyota and Fuji Heavy that is making this possible. With Scion you get sporty/quirky vehicles aimed at a younger audience but i guess Toyota is going to try and cut back into that segment with this vehicle. The specs aren't confirmed yet but it is said to have a 2.0L Subaru flat 4 which is rated at about 165hp and from what they've been saying it rides on a shortened Impreza platform converted to RWD, yay.
